Technical analysis of our studies:

  • the architectural study: it constitutes the crown feature in the implementation of a development project. The careful selection of the architect and the continuous cooperation in every stage of the design process, guarantees the best possible outcome for our customers. It ensures maximum aesthetics, functionality and uniqueness in every project.
  • in case of distinctive architectural requirements, detailed application studies are conducted that may include construction details for sections of the project such as bathrooms, staircases, etc. with all the necessary design features that constitute and include the construction solutions that may arise during the implementation of the project.
  • engineering application study: Schεma3 offers the highest quality of engineering studies that ensure technical perfection with a wide range of applications tailored to fit our customers’ needs. Functionality, high tech and energy saving are the exemplary features of our projects.
  • in case of specific engineering requirements, we conduct specific application studies such as for VRV air-conditioning systems, or alternative heating – cooling systems, application studies for BAS automation (smart home), application studies for alternative sources of energy, etc.
